These terms apply to your use of World Macro News (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

A free website that summarises market-moving news, scheduled economic events, reference prices and hypothetical trade scenarios for gold, Bitcoin, WTI crude oil and major currency pairs. It is information and education only. Please read the Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the site. You are responsible for making sure that using it is lawful where you are.

3. No advice and no reliance

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. You make your own decisions and you are solely responsible for them and their results.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or reverse-engineer the site or its server functions.
• Do not scrape the site at a volume that affects its availability, or resell its content as your own.
• Do not present content from the site as personalised advice to others.

5. Content and sources

Summaries on the site are written for it and link to their original sources. Facts and prices belong to no one, but source articles, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. You may share links to the site and quote short extracts with a link back. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, please contact us (section 10) and we will review it promptly.

6. AI-generated content

Research and text on the site are produced with the help of an AI system (Anthropic's Claude), following rules that require a named source and link for every fact. AI can still make mistakes. Check the linked source before relying on anything.

7. Availability and changes

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or stop the site, or update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where the operator is based, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
